Subject: CANCELED October 10 Meeting of the Hernando County Fine Arts Council
Due to the impact of Hurricane Helene on many of our council and community members, the Hernando County Fine Arts Council has decided to cancel this month's meeting that was scheduled for October 10.
The next meeting will be held:
Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 5:30 - 7:00 PM
Location will be announced in early November
In these challenging times, our hearts are with those impacted by the hurricane. Here are a few resources that we know of :
Hernando County Government is making regular updates on Facebook about where to find Shelter, Laundry, Showers, and Restrooms.
Businesses that were impacted can find recovery resources at www.hernandobusiness.com
All artists whose ability to create has been hindered are encouraged to apply for emergency relief grants that are available with CERFplus.
