Meet Steven Benevides!

Steve is a member of the Shadow Chasers Plein Air painting group and the Nature Coast Art League. He has been painting art for basically his whole life, but when he moved to Hernando Beach 11 years ago, he started painting the local scenery daily.

Steve does many style mediums working with everything from oil, acrylic, and watercolor, to metal, wood, and anything else that inspires him! Steve has painted many murals throughout Hernando County. You can find some of his murals on our Mural Map!

You can find Steve at the Hernando Beach Art Walk on the first Saturday of every month. His artwork is also available in the gift shop/art gallery at the Silver Dolphin Restaurant in Hernando Beach and he has some automotive art in Barry's Auto Repair in Weeki Wachee.
